PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER IS CORRECTED BEFORE ORDERING AS NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE TO YOUR ORDER ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
!!! Cups take within 1-5 days until cups are ready for pick up or shipping, please be patient and remember cups are hand made to order. !!!
Unless cups are in "READY TO SHIP"
CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom orders must be emailed to us first before placing any orders. Please email us at [email protected] or please DM us via Instagram at Vasitos.maria_ to see if we can do the custom order first.
RUSH ORDERS?
Please add to your order "rush my order" for an additional charge of $4. If you need your cup before the 1-5 day period please add the date you'll need it by in the Seller Note when checking out.
PICK UP?
If you are picking up an order please place your phone number when checking out to stay in contact with me for pick up dates. If you don't feel comfortable with that its totally fine message me via Instagram @Vasitos.Maria_ and send me your order number.
When messaging me please give me your NAME and ORDER NUMBER.
SHIPPING?
As of right now shipping takes about 2-5 business days. Tracking numbers will be sent either through email, phone number, or Instagram.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Please understand that each cups are hand made and are very strict NO REFUND or NO EXCHANGES policy.
MISSING ORDER INFORMATION
If your order is missing any information that is needed to compete your order, process time on your order will be delayed. We will email you to the email address left at checkout in order to gather the proper information needed.
